The bed is exceptionally comfortable. The personnel is nice and amiable.

the gardens surrounding the apartments were beautifully maintained, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. the complex was just a short walk away from the beach and town, making it convenient to explore the area. there was a railway station nearby, making it easy to travel to other destinations.

The apartment furniture was a bit dated and could use some updating.

The gardens although neglected and the swimmimg pool not very clean

1970´S style and not much changed since, dust and fluff a inch thick on top of pictures, the furniture was only fit for the tip.

stayed here with my family and overall truly enjoyed this apartment. i stayed in separate bedroom, had clean private bathroom, and could use nice pool. staff was amiable, helped with everything. the location was excellent, short walk to bars, restaurants, large supermarket, bus stops and 10 minutes to beach, lovely gardens, and bars restaurants and entertainment also very near sea, lovely park and marina, i couldn't have asked for anything better.

The hotel's decoration had a comforting and nostalgic charm, reminiscent of a bygone era. The cozy ambiance and vintage-style furnishings made me feel right at home. The general areas, such as the gardens and pool, were well-maintained and offered a serene atmosphere for relaxation. As a senior, I appreciated the easy accessibility of the hotel, with spacious hallways and friendly staff who were always willing to assist.

The only improvement I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people is to have more staff available. While the children working there did their best, it would be beneficial to have additional personnel to ensure a higher level of service and attention to detail.

It was a brilliant stay of the family in the night: excellent location and lovely staff. I thoroughly enjoyed the room with the garden as well as a fan. The pool looked lovely. The owner made me feel at home.

A very quite location but close enough to the bars and resturantes . they had very nice grounds which where kept in excellent condition also the pool was cleaned daily . the owner lived on site so he was always around if you needed him , on one occasion we needed fresh towels and we had them within 10 mins.

on the down side our first apartment we where given had not been cleaned the beds still had dirty sheets and dishes where in the sink even though it was gone midnight i phoned him and he gave us a different apartment straight away .the recepition area leaves alot to be desired but serves its purpose and the safety depoisit box area in the recepition but we did not use them . all in all we got what we paid for, i would stay there again but i did not like benalmedena at all.

Overall, it’s comfortable place for exploring Benalmadena tourist places. Affable staff knows how to make your stay pleasant! Room is amazingly comfortable, guests can use a microwave oven, a sofa bed, and a work desk. It opens out onto lake.

The hotel is conveniently located near shops, with easy access to amenities. the surrounding garden adds charm to the property. the railway station is also nearby, making it convenient for exploring the area.

One downside is that the rooms don't have air conditioning, so it can get quite hot during the summer months.

Clean, basic accomodation which is excellent value for money. Has a great pool which never got busy while we were there (there are only 28 apartments in total). Very Spanish feel to it which we liked. Good location, 10 mins walk from the beach, but far enough away to be away from the noise and hustle and was fairly quiet at night. Only 10-15 min walk to the Dolphinarium which is well worth a visit. Kitchen was well equipped with saucepans, crockery, cutlery and a toaster, but no oven or kettle (didn't bother us though). Had a great 9 days there and are thinking of going again next year.

Apartment was spacious and clean. Location was very good. It was just what we hoped; a peaceful place near to beach and city center with own garden and lovely pool. The man in reception was extremely friendly and helpful. Spacious balcony was very good.

Some chairs around the table were too old. Coffee maker should be needed in kitchen...

We stayed at Apartamentos San Carlos for a week and it was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to bars, restaurants, a large supermarket, and bus stops. The apartment was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of solid wood furniture. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The pool area was brilliant, and the beautiful gardens made it feel like our own private oasis. We loved our stay and would definitely come back for the great value for money.

We strongly recommend this hotel.

I was thrilled to have access to free WiFi at the reception area, plus the outdoor pool with loungers was a nice touch. The tour desk was handy for getting information about the area.

Who needs clean towels or a change of bed sheets? Definitely not me, I enjoyed the authentic experience of living with dirty linens.
